Philadelphia Food Safety Certified Manager arrived during time of inspection. Application emailed.

36 An insect control device located in food preparation area with potential to contaminate food, equipment, and / or utensils. Person in Charge removed unapproved electric fly zapper.

21 Cooked eggs, cheese and sausage patties opened commercially processed ready to eat food, located in the walk-in cooler, and held more than 48 hours, was not marked with the date it was opened. Person in Charge took corrective action and date marked items.

41 Food dispensing utensil in the ice bin observed in direct contact with food and not having handle stored above the top of the food. Person in Charge took corrective action and relocated scoop into holder.
