14 The quarternary ammonia concentration in the sanitizing solution of the 3-bay warewash sink was 100 ppm, rather than 200 ppm as stated on the manufacturer's use directions. Corrective action was taken and dispenser was replaced during time of inspection.
37 Food is not stored at least 6 inches above the walk-in cooler floor.
45 - The handwashing sink in the kitchen area was not properly sealed to the wall.

8 Paper towel dispenser empty at the handwash sink in the food preparation area. Person in Charge took corrective action and provided paper towels.
11 -Moldy zucchini observed in cold hold unit. -Expired eggs and milk in reach-in refrigerators. See discard list.
13 -Raw beef and eggs stored above ready to eat foods in walk-in cooler. Person in Charge took corrective action and relocated items. -Uncovered flour observed. Person in Charge took corrective action and covered container.
20 Chicken broth and cut lettuce was held at 46 degrees F rather than 41 degrees F or below as required. Person in Charge lowered temperature of cold hold unit.
21 Deli meat and cheeses potentially hazardous ready to eat food, prepared in the food facility and held for more than 48 hours, located in the cold hold unit, was not date marked. Person in Charge took corrective action and date marked items.
26 Chemicals were stored above or on the same shelf with food, equipment, and/or single service articles in the basement storage area. Person in Charge took corrective action and relocated bottles of sanitizer
