3270.69(b) Hot water in the infant room originally probed at 94 at the start of inspection. Water temperature was adjusted to 120 and then lowered to proper temperature between 100-110 as required.
3270.82(g) Faucet at the handwashing sink in the young toddler classroom observed not in good repair. Temperature signs observed opposite of water temperature distribution.

6 Warm/Hot water is not available in the food prep area to properly wash hands prior to food prep. Water was temped at 75 degrees and not at the minimum of 100 degrees as required.
