8 No sign or poster posted at the handwashing sink at the coffee/cooking area to remind food employees to wash their hands. **A handwashing sign was placed at the handwashing sink at the time of the inspection.
26 Working containers in warewashing area above the 3-bay sink, used for storing chemicals taken from bulk supplies, were not marked with the common name of the chemical. **Labels were placed on the containers at the time of the inspection.
37 Food (Bag of onions) were not stored at least 6 inches above the floor. **The bag of onions were relocated at the time of the inspection.
45 - Observed ice buildup inside two basement reach-in freezers. - Observed basement refrigerator/freezers and drying racks over 3-bay sink not meeting NSF or ANSI-Sanitation design standards.
45 Observed cardboard lining the floor in front of the 3-bay warewashing sink.
46 - Observed dishwasher without a data plate present. - Low-temp dishwasher does not properly & mechanically rinse sanitizer solution at end of cycle, as evidenced by 'sudsy' surface of equipment cycled through unit.
