1 - The safety certified handler was not present at start of inspection, he arrived prior to completion of the inspection.
8 No hot water was available at the food prep area and hand wash sink; the hot water was measured at 67 degrees F. Hot water measured 100 degrees F was provided by the end of inspection.
21 Ready to eat food (chicken, beef, salad) observed in the reach-in refrigerator without the dates.
Corrective action: PIC provided dates by the end of inspection.
37 - Boxes with oil stored on the floor inside the unit.
45 Aluminum foil observed on shelves in the cooking area.
Carboard lining observed on elevation racks.
45 One coffee machine not in use during inspection.
