26 Observed insecticides not labeled by the manufacturer for food facility usage, in the food prep and basement areas. Corrective action: Person in charge discarded pesticides during the time of inspection.
37 Metal can being used to store food after opening in a reach-in unit.
45 Soda crates being used for elevation in a chest freezer in the basement area.
45 The following observations were noted: -Floor drain near restroom area missing a cover. -5 non NSF/ANSI chest freezers in the basement area.
45 Food prep sink not properly sealed to wall surface in the food prep area and missing a leg. Corrective action: Person in charge sealed food prep sink to the wall and provided missing leg during the time of inspection.
47 Chest freezer observed with residue on internal surfaces in the basement area.

1 Philadelphia food safety certification observed expired on October 2023. Another Philadelphia food safety certification arrived prior to completion of inspection. No person shall operate a food establishment that handles, prepares or serves non-prepackaged potentially hazardous food who does not have present and in the employ of the food establishment at all hours of operation at least one (1) person with a valid Food Establishment Personnel Food Safety Certificate issued by the Department.
6 Food employee did not follow proper handwash procedures. Food employee did not wash hands between changing tasks.
8 The following observations were noted: -The handwash sink in the food prep area was blocked by pot and trash can and not accessible at all times for employee use. -Food residue and a strainer observed in the handwash sink.
8 The food facility does not have a handwash sink conveniently located in the basement area.
13 Single-use bowls observed submerged in working bulk containers in the food prep area.
21 Potentially hazardous ready to eat food (Chicken, Mac and cheese, cabbage, sauces), prepared in the food facility and held for more than 48 hours, located in the reach-in refrigeration units and table, was not date marked.
22 Time in lieu of temperature being used in the food facility to control ready to eat potentially hazardous foods without written procedures or documentation to verify disposition of food.

53 The following observations were noted: -Unsealed gaps and holes throughout the facility. -Missing outlet covers. -Base coving not properly sealed to wall surfaces. -Incomplete wall surfaces in the rear storage area.
