8 - Hand wash sink was soiled, missing soap and paper towels in the rear prep area.

- Observed no chemical sanitizer being used on equipment and utensils after washing and rinsing them, and prior to use.
- The potatoes slicer and the dough mixer had an accumulation of food residue on the food contact surfaces.
-Mold in the fountain drink dispenser in both food prep area and customer service area.
- Missing two stopper from the 3 bay sink. The person in charge is not able to washed, rinsed, and sanitized the utensils and equipment.
