1 No person shall operate a food establishment that handles, prepares or serves non-prepackaged potentially hazardous food who does not have present and in the employ of the food establishment at all hours of operation at least one (1) person with a valid Food Establishment Personnel Food Safety Certificate issued by the Department. Prometric food safety certificate observed for Tyrone Green. Application for city certificate sent during the inspection.
11 Severely dented, swollen, distressed canned items observed in retail shelves area. Dented canned item was removed during the inspection.
47 -Paper debris observed along floor perimeter in walk-in box. -Crumbs and debris observed at the bottom shelf of reach in refrigerator and freezer.
53 Mop observed inside mop bucket in the retail area of establishment.
53 Broom and dustpan observed not hanging or properly stored to prevent vermin harborage.

47 -Walk-in box cluttered. -Paper debris observed along floor perimeter in walk-in box. -Ice build-up observed in freezer.
49 -Leak observed at backflow device.
