8 The handwash sink in the food prep area was blocked by a large trash bin and not accessible at all times for employee use.
**Corrective action was taken, person in charge relocated trash bin at time of inspection.**
35 Observed food stored in jars not labeled with the common name of the food in the food prep area.
36 Observed unauthorized animal(i.e. dog) in the rear retail area near the entrance of the food prep area of the food establishment.
**Corrective action was taken, food employee relocated the animal behind a close door which lead to the upstairs residential area.
36 An insect control device (i.e. fly swatter) hung on wall mounted hook located in front clerk/beverage station area with potential to contaminate food and equipment.
**Corrective action was taken, food employee discarded the fly swatter at time of inspection.
36 Observed front entrance doors of the food facility left open, does not protect against the entry of insects, rodents, and other animals.
**Corrective action was taken, person in charge closed the front entrance door at time of inspection.**
37 Observed cases of beverages stored directly on floor surface, not stored at least 6 inches above the floor in the walk-in coolers.
40 Observed whole fruits stored in the walk-in cooler but, no food prep sink observed installed.
**Establishment is not approved to slice fruits/vegetables without a food prep sink or an approved variance by the Philadelphia Dept. of
Health-Office of Food Protection. Only approved to use pre-washed/pre-sliced fruits/vegetables until food prep sink is install or variance is
approved.**

-Unapproved domestic air fryer, toaster oven, crockpot, microwave and drying racks were observed.

46 Warewash sinks observed with food residue in compartments and not being cleaned and sanitized prior to use.
**Corrective action was taken, person in charge drained, cleaned and sanitized warewash compartment prior to set-up.**
54 Observed no lighting available inside walk-in coolers in the retail area.
