20 Observed Salisbury Steak and potatoes satellite meals (delivery from 9-16-22) observed internal temperature at 51-52 degrees F.
Orders: Discard above mentioned foods items immediately
45 Walkin refrigerator was observed not maintained proper temperatures at time of inspection. Temperatures was observed between 44-47 degrees F.
-please note, school serves approximately 150-200 children satellite meals.
*PIC was instructed to utilize milk cooler maintaining proper temperatures until walkin unit is repaired
