33 Salmon observed thawing at room temperature on the Food prep area. Food observed thawing in standing water.PIC was instructed to keep on running water for correct the correct thawing method.

37 Exposed food (Seasoned Salmon) observed in the walk-in refrigerator. PIC took corrective action and cover the salmon during inspection.
