14 The quaternary ammonium concentration in the sanitizing solution of the Starbucks 3-bay warewashing sink was 0 ppm, rather than 200 ppm as stated on the manufacturer's use directions. **Solution was drained and refilled with a concentration of 200ppm.
26 Chemicals were stored above or on the same shelf with food, equipment, and/or single service articles in the deli. **Chemical was moved to an appropriate location during the inspection.
36 Observed two dogs in the produce section during the inspection. **Person in Charge asked customer to remove non-service animals.
37 Bulk food ingredients stored without tight fitting lids in the deli and bakery.
41 Food dispensing utensil in bulk seasoning containers in the deli were observed in direct contact with food and not having handle stored above the top of the food.
