36 An insect control device located in warewash/storage area with potential to contaminate food, equipment, and / or utensils. Corrective action was taken and electric fly trap was unplugged.
45 -Observed refrigerator being used for storage in basement. -Open case refrigerator at front counter does not hold temperatures throughout unit of 41 degree F or below.
46 Observed insufficient drain boards and shelving to store clean and dirty food equipment.
47 -Food debris observed on preparation counters/tables, in storage cabinets under POS area.

8 Soap and paper towels was not available at the handwash sink in the basement preparation area. Corrective action was taken and items were provided. -
11 Observed moldy strawberries in walk-in cooler. Corrective action was taken and items were discarded.
14 Residue observed on ice scoop holder. Corrective action was taken and surfaces were cleaned and sanitized.
14 Chlorine chemical sanitizer residual detected in the final sanitizer rinse cycle of the low temperature sanitizing dishwasher was 10 ppm, and not 50-100 ppm as required.
14 The chlorine concentration in the sanitizing solution of the sanitizer buckets was 0 ppm, rather than 50-100 ppm as required. Corrective action was taken and fresh sanitizer was made.
21 Chickpeas, potentially hazardous ready to eat food, prepared in the food facility and held for more than 48 hours, located in the walk-in cooler, was not date marked. Corrective action was taken and product was labeled.
