4 An open employee's beverage container (bottle of gatorade) was observed inside a food preparation area reach-in refrigeration unit. Corrective action : Person in charge removed the open employee's beverage container (bottle of gatorade) from food prep area reach-in refrigeration unit and discarded it during inspection.
8 Utensil cleaning brushes observed inside the food preparation area handwash sink. Corrective action : Person in charge removed the utensil cleaning brushes from the food preparation area handwash sink during inspection.
45 Non-NSF / ANSI approved equipment : 1 microwave oven (Vassani) and 2 domestic undercounter refrigeration units (Midea & Magic) and domestic cabinetry present in the food prep area.
48 Low hot and cold water pressure observed from the installed portable handwash sinks in infant classroom areas
49 -One of the children's restroom area handwash sink faucet's cold water handle is stucked and not functional during inspection. -Observed slow waste water drain from the handwash sink in food preparation area. -Self-closing (metering) devices used for regulating hot and cold water faucets from the installed portable handwash sinks in infant classroom areas operates less than 5 seconds when in operations, which is inadequate for effective cleaning /handwashing at these handwash stations. *A self-closing, slow-closing or metering faucet shall provide a flow of water for at least 20 seconds without the need to reactivate the faucet.
