45 Cutting boards observed with deep scratches and scoring not allowing for effective cleaning and sanitizing. (rear sandwich prep area)
46 -Food facility lacks sanitizer test strips to monitor sanitizer concentration.
49 - Shallow wall mounted hand wash sink observed with one knob for hot water in kitchen area. An approved deep basin 4 legged free standing sink is needed for proper installation of garbage grinder.

-Roach droppings observed in groves and gaps in cabinetry, behind ancillary lines and on closet doors for hot water tank.

1 The person in charge was observed with a servesafe certificate and not with a valid Food Establishment Personnel Food Safety Certificate issued by the Department.
** Sanitarian sent application link via email to apply for a city of Philadelphia food safety certificate.
8 - Soap was not available at the hand wash sink in the kitchen and front serving area.
- No paper towel dispenser or paper towel observed at the hand wash sink in the kitchen and front serving area.
13 Two unapproved grills observed in use (Chicken on grill) in back dumpster area of establishment.
**Sanitarian advised person in charge to discontinue grill use and food prepping.
14 2 stoppers covered in aluminum foil observed for 3 compartment sink. * 3 working stoppers without aluminum foil covering are needed to properly wash, rinse and sanitize.
- Food debris observed in all 3 compartments

53 Mop observed stored in bucket and not hung to allow for proper air drying when not in use.
54 Burnt out light bulbs observed under hood.
54 Hood filters, fire suppression system and front vents of hood have an accumulation of static dust and grease.
