8 The shared bathrooms closest to the store are lacking hand wash reminder signs and water at 100 degrees F. There are bathrooms further away that have water at 100 degrees F, however, there are no hand wash reminder signs.

20 Yogurt was held at temperatures than greater than 45 degrees F or below as required in the left hand rear of the open display case. The containers probed out of temperature were removed to be discarded.

53 Ceiling tiles are removed above the open display case.
