-Hot water above 100 degrees F was provided.
14 Observed rags/clothes being used to stop the water in the 3- basin sink.
-Sink stoppers were provided during the time of inspection.
36 Observed a bug zapper in the rear food prep area; not currently in use.
-Bug zappers are not an approved method of insect prevention in a food establishment. Remove.
45 Bare wooden platform observed under the refrigeration units in the front serving area.
46 Food facility lacks sanitizer test strips to monitor chlorine sanitizer concentration.
