***Food safety certified person was not present at the Sanitarian's arrival. Food safety certified person arrived during the inspection.
11 Expired milk (6/29/23) observed in the reach-in refrigerator in the prep area. Employee discarded the item at the time of the inspection.
34 Temperature measuring devices for ensuring proper temperatures of equipment are not available or readily accessible in reach-in refrigerator.

PIC showed up 30 minutes into inspection. A City of Philadelphia Food Safety certification application was sent with this report for other SS employees.

8 Paper towel dispenser empty at the handwash sink in the food prep area.

48 - Hand sink faucet in restroom observed "spitting" water. Pressure is not adequate.
