47 The following observations were made: - Debris on outer surface of under counter refrigerator. - Dust accumulation on fan vent covers in walk-in cooler. - Food debris on flooring surfaces of walk-in cooler under storage racks.
51 Faucet observed loose on hand wash sink in employee restroom.
53 Mop observed stored in mop bucket of water and not hung to allow for proper air drying when not in use.
