1 No certified food manager was present. *Course provider list and City Food Safety Certificate application was emailed to PIC.

1 The PIC has not maintained records or log to show draught lines are properly cleaned at least once every 14 days.
8 Cold water lacks at bar handwashing sink.
27 Conformance with approved procedures (HACCP plan) required as specified in ยง 46.1122:
1) establishment has not complied with the HACCP plan and procedures that were submitted for fermented beverages (HACCP plan is not available on site for review and distilled water for buffer solution is not provided)
2) pH log is not being maintained for each batch (no log available)
42 An approved drying rack lacks for air drying of sanitized beverage equipment (bottles, glassware).
45 Equipment adjustment: Equipment in use does not meet NSF or ANSI-Sanitation standards (approval markings or stickers not observed).
