1 The Person in Charge did not demonstrate adequate knowledge of proper washing, rinsing and sanitizing. Corrective action: Sanitarian demonstrated proper knowledge washing, rinsing and sanitizing.

21 Potentially hazardous ready to eat food (Salad, apple sauces, milk, bananas) prepared in the food facility and held for more than 48 hours, located in the reach-in refrigeration, was not date marked. Correction action: PIC date marked food items during the time of inspection.

41 Multiple cups observed on floor perimeter next to shelving in the food prep area.

45 Handwash sink not properly sealed to wall surface in the food prep area.

48 Hot water at the handwash sinks in the men's and women's restroom area are not a min 100 degrees F. Men's hot water measured at 94 degrees F, women's hot water measured at 93 degrees F.

49 No food prep sink with a indirect waste drain and air gap observed in the food prep area. *Discontinue washing and slicing of fruits and vegetables. Only approved for pre washed and pre sliced fruits and vegetables.*
