Food safety certified person, T. White, arrived within 10 minutes.

Corrective action: Health policy observed posted and FSC person was able to demonstrate knowledge of reporting procedures and exclusion procedures. Sample policy emailed with reports.
8 The handwash sink in the food prep area was blocked by high-chair trays and toys and not accessible at all times for employee use. Corrective action: Items were removed from the sink.
