11 Expired quart of milk (8/27/22) was observed in the walk-in cooler. Milk was discarded.
14 The chlorine concentration in the sanitizing solution of the 3-bay warewash sink was 200 ppm, rather than 50-100 ppm as required. Solution was diluted to the proper concentration.
45 Soda crates are used for elevation in the walk in freezer.
45 Non-ANSI certified chest freezer observed in the rear prep area.
49 Backflow prevention device was not observed on the ice machine or the main water line near the water meter.
51 A lidded trashcan was not provided in the restroom for the proper disposal of sanitary napkins.
