14 The 3 bay sink observed with dirty dishes in all 3 compartments.
PIC washed, rinsed, and sanitized the 3 bay sink during inspection.
35 - Food ingredients storage jars are not labeled with the common name of the food.
37 - Splash protection lacks between 3 bay sink and hand wash sink prep area and prep sink and hand wash sink front service area.
37 One box with oil and vegetables observed stored on the floor in the prep area.
39 Moist wiping cloths observed lying on shelving at the 3 bay sink and not stored in sanitizing solution.
42 - Clean serving plates observed not stored inverted in the food prep area.
45 Aluminum foil lining on the side of the fryer.
45 Unused equipment: 2 ranges, one fryer, one hot holding unit, and one ice machine.
