Ice machine, was emptied and cleaning process started during inspection.

53 Ceiling is not designed for easy cleaning. A wooden grid structure is installed over a black lining on the ceiling. The lining was observed with tears in it. Multiple floor openings observed in the establishment. Holes were observed in the bar and n the ware washing area.
