37 Beverages were observed not being stored at least 6 inches off the floor in the beer walk-in cooler.
45 Observed wooden shelves in the basement being used to store beverages.
45 - Domestic chest freezer observed in front prep area. - Equipment does not meet NSF or ANSI-Sanitation standards: mini-freezer for ice, wood pallets for beer elevation, air fryer, water boiler, convection toaster, crockpot (some equipment is for staff use only). - Non-operational flat top grill in the prep area. - Observed non-operational walk-in cooler in the basement area being used to store tools and other items. - Plastic waterice container is being reused for drink ice storage.
