1 The Person in Charge did not demonstrate adequate knowledge of the Philadelphia Food Code regarding hand washing requirements.
Note: The person in charge was instructed to have hand washing supplies on hand at all hand washing stations.
8 Soap, paper towels, and hand wash sign reminder sign was not available at the hand wash sink.
Note: The person in charge was reminded about the importance of hand washing.
13 Open container of shrimp was observed below the hand wash sink.

36 Opening and gaps were observed around the basement bilco/cellar door. The rear door in the kitchen has ripped netting.
