1 The Person in Charge did not demonstrate adequate knowledge of the Philadelphia Food Code regarding hand washing requirements. Note: The person in charge was instructed to have hand washing supplies on hand at all hand washing stations.
8 Soap, paper towels, and hand wash sign reminder sign was not available at the hand wash sink. Note: The person in charge was reminded about the importance of hand washing.
13 Open container of shrimp was observed below the hand wash sink. Note: The container was removed.
20 Fried chicken was kept at room temperature, 61 degrees F. Note: The person in charge was instructed to remove the chicken from sale.

36 Opening and gaps were observed around the basement bilco/cellar door. The rear door in the kitchen has ripped netting.
