8 The following observations were noted: -No hot water available at the handwash sink in the toilet room; water temperature measured at 35.7 degree F rather than the required minimum of 100 degrees F. -Soap was not available at the handwash sink in the toilet room. - No paper towel or hand drying device available at the handwash sink in the toilet room.
9 Observed repackaged ice stored in individual foam cups on display for consumer purchase inside reach-in freezer in the retail area. Food facility Person in Charge not able to provide documentation that repackaged food are from an approved source. **Food store is ONLY approved to sell and distribute already prepackage food and beverages.**
