11 Dented cans containing beef stew, tomato sauce, cheese meatball, cranberry sauce, chick pea, baked beans, pasta sauce, and coconut water observed in the retail area. **Person in Charge removed and discarded dented cans during the inspection.
11 Multiple expired steaks observed on the shelf of the open display case in the retail area. **Person in Charge removed the expired steaks from the shelf and promptly discarded them.
13 -Observed open bag/uncovered cheese in the deli display case. -Observed uncovered cheese cakes in the bakery's walk-in cooler. **Person in Charge instructed his employee to wrap-up the cheese and covered the cheese cakes during the inspection.
14 Yellow residue observed on the interior surfaces of the ice machine bin / requires cleaning/sanitizing.
14 Slicer has an accumulation of food residue on the food contact surfaces in the deli service area.
14 Sanitizer was initially unable to pump into the sanitizing compartment of the 3-bay sink in the seafood/deli department. **Person in Charge was able to pump the sanitizer into the sink during the inspection.
20 Food(meat) was held at 43 degrees F rather than 41 degrees F or below as required in the butcher shop area. **Person in Charged instructed employee to move the meat to the walk-in cooler during the inspection.
21 Opened commercially processed ready to eat food (deli meat), located in the deli display case were not marked with the date it was opened. **Person in Charge provided date stickers for deli meat during the inspection.
26 Loose rodent bait observed on the floor under the retail shelf in the household items aisle.
36 Outer opening in the food facility does not protect against the entry of insects, rodents, and other animals: Observed gap along the bottom of the garage door at the loading deck in the receiving room.
