**PIC was instructed to discontinue use of the handwashing sink and to utilize the 3 bay ware-washing sink for wash, rinse, and sanitizing purposes only.
14 Small cups observed being used as sink stoppers for the 3 bay ware-washing sink in prep area.
**PIC was instructed to purchase the proper sink stoppers during time of inspection.
