20 Dairy mix inside of the soft serve ice cream machines were measured at 60 and 72 degrees F rather than 41 degrees F or below as required.
37 Food is not stored at least 6 inches above the floor in the walk-in cooler.
45 Soft serve ice cream machines are not operating at temperature - one machine fixed during inspection. Must discontinue use of second machine until repaired.
47 Ice accumulation observed in the chest freezer.
53 Food and debris observed on the floor perimeters in the food prep areas behind and under equipment.
