6 Hands cannot be washed properly due to lack of hot water measured between 68-88 degrees F in the restroom /main classroom and kitchen area.
8 The hot water measured at the hand wash sink in the main classroom and the kitchen are was measured between 68 degrees F and 88 degrees F. *Sanitarian advised the person in charge to use the bathroom in the infant room until the hot water will be adjust.
26 Two spray bottles in restroom area, used for storing chemicals taken from bulk supplies, were not marked with the common name of the chemical. PIC labeled the spray bottles during inspection.

59 Facility is currently doing renovations to the Suite A space next door which would include an additional classroom and bathroom. Please submit plans for your additional space for your facility. Prior to the start of renovations a completed Plan Review Application with proper plans, drawn to scale, including all food service equipment specifications and the location of toilet rooms, plumbing fixtures, storage areas, and utilities must be submitted to the Office of Food Protection. 14 Utensils (plastic children's cups) are observed in the dish rack. PIC wash the children's cups to reuse in the facility. The facility does not have approval to wash utensils do to not having a 3-basin sink for proper warewashing (wash-rinse-sanitizing). *PIC was told to discontinue this practice.
45 Mop sink observed not mounted or sealed to the adjoining wall.
45 Non commercial chest freezer, toaster oven and griddle observed in the food prep area.
53 Water stained ceiling tiles observed above the mop sink.
