8 -Paper towel dispenser empty at the handwash sink in the kitchen and bar areas. Corrective action was taken and paper towels were provided. -Hot water was observed at 48-75 degree F in kitchen and restrooms. Corrective action was taken and hot water was restored.

13 Raw eggs were stored above ready to eat foods in the refrigerator. Corrective action was taken and eggs were relocated.

14 Bar ice bin surfaces are not clean on sight. Corrective action was taken and bar ice was discarded and surfaces were cleaned and sanitized.

36 Gaps observed under side door, outer opening in the food facility does not protect against the entry of insects, rodents, and other animals.

45 -Unused refrigerator observed in kitchen. -Unused chest refrigerator in 1st floor bar. -Back bar by kitchen door is not in operation. -Galvanized hood was observed in kitchen. Variance application was emailed.
