8 Paper towel dispenser empty at the handwash sink in the prep area. Paper towel was replenished during the inspection.
14 The quarternary ammonia concentration in the sanitizing solution of the 3-bay warewash sink was 0 ppm, rather than 200 - 400 ppm as stated on the manufacturer's use directions. More pills added to solution to derive the required amount during the inspection.
