Note: Receipt was observed.
1 The Person in Charge did not demonstrate adequate knowledge of the Philadelphia Food Code. Note: Food safety certified person could not name the five reportable foodborne illinesses and their symptoms. Foodborne illnesses and symptoms was given to PIC at time of inspection.
