1 No person shall operate a food establishment that handles, prepares or serves non-prepackaged potentially hazardous food who does not have present and in the employ of the food establishment at all hours of operation at least one (1) person with a valid Food Establishment Personnel Food Safety Certificate issued by the Department. The person in charge has a class certificate but no Philadelphia Health Department issued foods safety certificate. The application will be emailed with the report.
8 There was no trash can at the hand sink in the warewash area. A can was placed at the sink.
9 Food facility Person in Charge not able to provide documentation that prepackaged baked goods (Zana Cakes Inc.) are from an approved source. Documentation was not readily available to show that the pastries were made in a licensed and approved facility. Remove & retain these items until the proper documentation is available.
13 Several raw animal foods were stored above and next to ready to eat foods and other animal derived foods in the walk in cooler. The person in charge reorganized the shelves.
47 Residue observed on the exhaust hood filters. White residue and debris on walk in refrigerator and freezer floor perimeters.
52 Grindable waste observed in the trash can rather than placed in the grinder.
