1 The food facility operator shall be the Person in Charge or shall designate a Person in Charge and shall ensure that a Person in Charge is present at the food facility during all hours of operation. **Food safety certified person arrived during the inspection.
2 Operator: - Food facility does not have a Health Awareness Reporting Procedure for food employees. - The Person in Charge only knew 3 of the 5 reportable foodborne illnesses. **A sample health policy was reviewed with employees.
4 An open employee's beverage container was observed in a food preparation area. **Beverage was lidded and relocated during the inspection.
8 Paper towels not available at the hand wash sinks in the front and rear prep areas. **Paper towels were provided for both sinks during the inspection.
13 Dirty dishes observed in the food preparation sink. **Items to be washed and sink to be cleaned and sanitized; proper sink usage reviewed.
