26 Observed insecticides or rodenticides not labeled by the manufacturer for food facility usage, in the food prep area. (Hot Shot bug spray.) Corrective action: Bug spray discarded.
37 Personal food stored with food for sale. Separate personal food from food for sale.
43 Single use article observed stored in an unfinished basement. Debris observed on bags. Do not remove articles from the box unless they are taken directly to the food prep area.
45 Bare wood pallets and shelving observed in the storage areas and basement. Note: Surfaces should be durable, smooth, non-absorbent and easy to wash.
47 Cleaning issues: -Dust observed around interior framing beneath the doors of the chest freezer. -Dust observed on fan guards in walk-in coolers. -Cobwebs observed between beverage storage pallets in the rear storage areas. -Food debris observed on the floor in the small walk-in cooler in the rear storage room. -Debris observed at floor perimeters in the walk-in cooler/reach-in refrigerator combination.
