13 Metal shavings were observed on the edges of the metal shelf where the chicken was stored. Note: The person in charge was instructed to remove the chicken, and clean the metal shavings and debris.

13 The bucket of raw chicken in the walk-in cooler was not covered. THe interior of the food preparation sink was unclean to sight. Note: The person in charge was instructed to cover the chicken. The food preparation sink was cleaned at sanitized.

31 The tempereture inside the walk-in cooler was observed at 45-46 degrees F. Note: The temperature was adjusted to 41 degrees F.

45 Soda crates are used for elevation in the storage area.

45 The shelves in the walk-in cooler are rusted. Cardboards are used as shelf liners in the food preparation area and in the walk-in cooler.

46 Food facility lacks QAT sanitizer test strips to monitor sanitizer concentration.

47 Unclean non-food contact surfaces were observed in the walk-in cooler and shelving.

49 A backflow preventer at the main water inlet was not able to be located during the inspection.

49 A leak was observed at the ice cream scooper water line.

53 The catch basin under the food preparation sink was unclean and rusted.
