35 Working bulk food ingredient storage containers are not labeled with the common name of the food.
36 Visible physical evidence of rodent (mouse dropping)activity observed in the
lower cabinets kitchen area.
46 Food facility lacks sanitizer test strips to monitor sanitizer concentration.
47 The following observation were made.
-Ice accumulation inside the chest freezer.
-Food debris observed at the bottom of the reach-in refrigerator.
-Mice dropping observed inside the lower cabinet
53 Broom and dustpan observed stored directly on the floor.
corrective action-Person in charge removed the broom and dustpan. corrected on site.
53 Floor in the kitchen observed not clean to sight.
53 The following observations were made.
