1 The Person in Charge did not demonstrate adequate knowledge of the Philadelphia Food Code. *The inspector reviewed food borne illnesses with the person in charge.
8 The hand wash sink in the ware wash area was blocked by a pot and not accessible at all times for employee use. * The person in charge removed pot.
8 Continuous flow soap dispenser was not available at the hand wash sink in the employee restroom area. Bar soap observed. * Soap bottle was provided by the person in charge.
13 Potatoes observed cooling uncovered on storage shelf. * The person in charge provided covering.
14 The can opener had an accumulation of food residue on the food contact surfaces. * Can opener is inoperable and was removed and stored away.
