1 No person present has an active food safety certificate. Philadelphia Health Department require that at least one person be present who is food safety certified, however "Safe Harbor" may be granted if requested and a staff member is enrolled to a Food Safety Certification course.
8 The handwash sink in the bathroom does not have single use towels, continuous towels, or air drying device. Corrected on Site: Person in Charge provided paper towels upon request.
