8 Handwashing Facilities:
- No soap available at the handwash sinks in the prep area and employee toilet room.
- No paper towels available at the handwash sink in the prep area.
8 Old food residue, dishes and utensils observed in the handwash sink.
8 No sign or poster posted at the handwash sink in the prep area to remind food employees to wash their hands.
13 Air drying utensils and equipment on a drying rack located on the food preparation sink.
19 Soups in a hot holding unit were held at 73.1 degrees F rather than 135 degrees F or above as required.
