26 Working containers in restroom area, used for storing chemicals taken from bulk supplies, were not marked with the common name of the chemical. Bottles were discarded.

45 Soda crates being used for elevation in the walk-in cooler were not smooth and easily cleanable.

- Mouse droppings observed along the floor perimeters of the rear storage area and retail area; on several shelves in the rear and retail area; under shelves in the retail area
- Gnawed foods/paper (candies, candy bar) in boxes in the retail area

- Ice accumulation observed in the walk-in freezer
- Food residue and debris observed on the floor of the walk-in freezer
49 Water at the handwash sink in the employee restroom sprays from the faucet.
