51 - Damaged ceiling surface observed in restroom. - Restroom is used for storage.
53 The following observations were made: - Old mouse droppings on flooring surface on side of storage racks. - Wall plate in storage room hanging. - Damage ceiling surface in hallway where restroom is. -Heavy dust accumulation on wall vent above pots & pan rack.
