Food safety certified person came in the middle of the inspection.
8 Coffee pot observed inside handwash sink in the prep area.
Person in charge removed coffee pot during the inspection.
14 The quarternary ammonia concentration in the sanitizing solution of the 3-bay warewash sink was 100 ppm, rather than 200 - 400 ppm as stated on the manufacturer's use directions.
Additional pills added to solution during the inspection to derive the required ppm needed.
