20 Food items stored in defective food prep refrigerator observed with ambient air temperature of 54 degrees F. (located in middle prep room across from reachin refrigerator) was observed at 48 degrees F. and was prepped within the hour.
Orders: Discontinue usage of defective unit, relocate potentially hazardous foods including cut tomatoes, cut lettuce, Sauces, and cheese to refrigerator maintaining proper temperatures immediately.

26 Working containers in rear handwash area, used for storing chemicals taken from bulk supplies, were not marked with the common name of the chemical.
