14 The following were observed: -Pink slime observed on the interior of the ice machine bin -The quaternary ammonia concentration in the sanitizing solution of the 3-bay ware-washing sink was 0 ppm, rather than 200-400 ppm as stated on the manufacturer's use directions. **PIC was instructed to discard ice and wash, rinse, and sanitize interior surfaces of ice bin and to increase sanitizer concentration to manufacturers requirements during time of inspection.
