37 Multiple boxed food items in the retail aisles and walk-in freezer, were not stored at least 6 inches above the floor.
45 Equipment:
-observed milkcrates being used for storage in the rear storage area
-observed rusty retail shelving in several aisles
47 Cleaning (non-food contact): shelving in the retail area observed with dust accumulation and food debris.
51 No toilet paper was available at the customer restroom (to the left). A supply of toilet tissue shall be available at each toilet.
53 Observed missing ceiling tiles in the retail area above freezer and refrigeration units; observed multiple ceiling tiles stained from water damage.
53 General cleaning (premises):
-observed a dead roach on the floor in the retail area
-observed heavy accumulation of dust and debris throughout retail area and rear storage area floor perimeters
-observed spillage on the floor to the right of the coca cola fridge
53 Brooms, dustpans and mops observed idle on the floor in the front retail area- maintenance tools should be elevated in a designated space when not in use.
