20 Several food items was held between 46-73 degrees F rather than 41 degrees F or below as required. Some items were relocated to bring food temperatures down. See discard list. One of three cold hold units was taken out of operations.
26 Working containers in rooftop pantry area, used for storing chemicals taken from bulk supplies, were not marked with the common name of the chemical. Person in Charge took corrective action and labeled bottle.
45 -Roof top ice machine is not NSF/ANSI approved. Ice machine was taken out of operation. -One of two ice machines in basement is not operational. -The 2nd floor kitchen is not in operation. -Duct tape observed on refrigerator handle in kitchen.
49 Leak observed in faucet located at 3 bay warewash sink.
51 Lidded trash can was not observed in 1st floor women's restroom.
53 Ash observed on floor under hookah preparation area.
53 Damaged floor tiles observed in stairwell.
